Poor customer service
I like the recipes and the portions. I don't like the customer service. I live in two locations and despite changing my delivery address, boxes end up going to the wrong place. They are unwilling to refund any portion of a box delivered to the wrong place. Occasionally, some of the herbs are wilted.
