Misinformation upon booking and impossible to contact
I have booked a hotel for my husband and I in Bologna in Italy. Upon checking in, we’ve been given a twin room instead of a standard room which is what I booked on the Traveluro website (however in the information the hotel has received from Traveluro, it says I booked a twin room, and the hotel wants me to pay a rather large amount to get the room I already paid for!). I have tried and tried to get hold of Traveluro to ask them to ensure I either get the room I paid for or cancel my remaining nights, but with no luck. They are impossible to get hold of!!
