Agoda why have you taken my money IN A PERIOD WHEN CANCELLATIONS ARE FREE OF CHARGE? I have photographic evidence of that, it was in the period that is cancellation free, yet you withdrew my money. Why? Your AI and documents that came after my cancellation within the cancellation free period write I will get a refund and that the procedure has been reversed. Yet I have to wait for a month, check out my account and you also kept 1,5 euros. For what exactly? Since you have confirmed I am going to get a refund, I am editing my review giving 2 stars instead of 1 as was initially the case and I am awaiting for my refund. I will keep you informed
