Gol Star does not care about you, only your money
After having Birch Gold sell some metals for money I needed within a month, you have been playing keep away with my money. It has now been two months trying to get my money sent to my bank and still no money. Your process’s are very comber sum and repetitive. I didn’t understand your paper work(forms) and made mistakes, and every time I was told the process has to start over, more forms to fill out and more calls to you to verify info when you have the forms I filled out already. More weeks waiting. As long as Birch Gold uses you for go between I will not be buying metals again. I will find a different supplier.
