They do not honor their cancelation…
They do not honor their cancelation policy. I knew it was over 24 hours not yet 48 hours so I would have to pay the 15% penalty. However, they refused to stop the process and honor the cancelation. After another 24 hours have passed from email requesting cancelation, they responded saying they could no longer cancel due to it being shipped (mind you I have never received email about it being shipped. I once again requested orders to be canceled. Another 24 hours later I get an email saying the item has shipped. I am NOT happy at all! I went by their cancelation policy and was still not allowed to cancel. BEWARE
