THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!!
THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!! I've been tracking my parcel after I've ordered it. I was going to use it in Thailand for my travel on June 13. I contacted them over and over again but to no response. On june 12 I reached out and they told me that they marked my parcel as urgent but it's too late kasi sa 13 pa daw nila madeliver. Nakauwi nalang ako ng Pinas ng 17 wala parin parcel na dumating. NO UPDATES WHATSOEVER! Nalaman ko nalang na RTS na pala without my knowledge. I asked them to deliver it again everyday akong nagfafollow up through email and messenger but wala pa din. Same response very incompetent. Nagbayad ng maayos ung customer pero hindi maedliver ng maayos. Not even once did they attempt to deliver it. Ilang days na sa hub ung parcel ko pero hindi nla hinatid. UNTIL NOW WALA PA DIN JUNE 27 NA TAYO TODAY. GRABE INCOMPETENT AND IRESPONSIBLE!!!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! SCAM
