Won’t help to exchange incorrectly sent battery.
I ordered 3x 12v 100ah Trolling Motor batteries and received 2 and a 24v battery. I’ve been waiting for well over a week now to be emailed a label to send the 24v battery back and they won’t send the replacement 12v battery until they get the 24v battery back. And they won’t send me the label - I’m being held to ransom!!! I’m a week out from my trolling motor being installed with a busy contractor and I don’t get the correct battery I’ll lose my spot and have to wait 6 weeks.
