I love the scent of the black seed oil that I apply to my skin and how it makes my skin smooth and silky. The softness is incredible. I have been taking the black see oil internally and sleep better, have lost weight, my bp is lower, and I feel more of a general sense of well being. HIGHLY recommend!!
