I STILL have not received my shipment and my latest email to customer service has remained unanswered> What has happened to LuLu Naturals? I have been a LONG time customer and have ordered oil for family members in different parts of the country. They used to provide USPS tracking with orders. I received neither tracking nor my order. Please either refund me or ship my overdue order immediately.

Great Customer service

Initially my order got jumbled up with another order. Emailed customer service, called them and left messages. They responded and corrected my order. They included a bonus pack of capsules too! Didn't expect that! I've been using this oil for a very long time now. It used to be available in Amazon before and I used to refer all the people that come to my office also to get this particular brand oil from Amazon! . For joint pains, minor skin infections, throat pain etc I've used this oil with excellent results. NO OTHER BLACK SEED OIL IN THE MARKET HAS THIS LEVEL OF THYMOQUINONE. This brand is the best. Its antiviral, antibacterial, anticancer and the list goes on. Hope you always maintain the same standard! We always have this brand oil at home, this is my FIRST go to remedy for almost everything!!!

Best blackseed oil and great service but...

Disappointed that they lost their Organic certification. I understand the USDA tries to make it hard for small businesses to get certified but I don't want them to stop trying. Also until you get recertified, the bottles should say 100% made from organically grown seeds. Adding "100%" to the label is an important reassurance to your loyal customers who still trust you with organic products.
