Expect to wait
Using the site itself is pretty frustrating. They offer all these deals, like buy to or three of the same style and save huge... Except they hardly have anything in stock. I would like a variety, not the same beige bra 5 times over. My biggest qualm however is the shipping. When you look into their FAQ they merely state they ship within something like 4 days... That's no Amazon prime, but I can handle a week .. except they fail to mention they will send your items within a few days from CHINA! THATS A KEY DETAIL! I ordered $300 worth of bras, but very specifically needed one for an event, that has already came and went. I ordered over 3 weeks ago and my items are supposedly at least in the states now .. now if I want to send back the items I no longer need I get to pay a restocking fee! The consumer pays for the companies lack of transparency.
