AOMEI Backupper original purchase date: 2020, great customer support in 2026. AOMEI Backupper
I originally purchased AOMEI Backupper in 2020, I tried the program was not impressed so I moved on to a different pc backup software. The software that I moved to kept getting more expensive almost every renewal date. This year, 2026 is it, I'm giving AOMEI Backupper another try. I installed Backupper on my laptop and when I entered the software registration number, it wouldn't activate. No problem, I'll send an email to AOMEI customer support and explain the issue. I provided support with the date and the amount that I paid to the software. I didn't expect a response so quickly. I received an email within a few hours, maybe 6 or 8. The email said, sorry for the inconvenience and that my registration numbers had been reset. I entered the program registration and everything worked. I really like the new user friendly program. Thank you AOMEI customer support, you did a nice thing for a senior citizen. Kindest Regards, Edward
