⚠️ Warning
⚠️ Warning: Scam Alert! This company are nothing but a bunch of thugs. Despite me sending every document and proof they demanded, they still refuse to issue the refund for my canceled flight. They make excuses, waste your time, and keep your money. Do not trust them. Do not book with them. Total scam. Warning to other customers: I provided all documents requested by Ovago and sent multiple follow-up emails regarding my refund. No one ever replied. Their responses are vague, avoid accountability, and give the impression of intentionally delaying refunds. This is unacceptable business practice. I strongly advise anyone considering Ovago to be extremely cautious.
