I would not purchase from this company…
I would not purchase from this company again. I bought a top for €150, but unfortunately it did not fit. I tried it on the day it arrived and contacted the company immediately to arrange a return. From the very beginning, the returns process was difficult and frustrating. I followed all instructions provided, returned the item promptly, and included my order number, name, email address, and contact details with the return. I also have proof of postage showing that the package was sent to their return address and should have been received weeks ago. Despite returning the item in perfect condition and providing all the necessary information, I have still not received my refund. Communication has been poor, and I have had to repeatedly chase the company for an update. For a company charging premium prices, I expected a professional and efficient returns process. Instead, I have been left out of pocket and waiting for a refund that should have been processed long ago. Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing from this company. If an item doesn't fit or you need to make a return, be prepared for a very difficult and lengthy refund process. I have followed and have not heard back.
