Delivery needs work
I like their products, I even will say the support is ok through the speed of it is so slow for major issues. The real problem lem is the filament delivery...it just plain sucks! The boxes used are so flimsy I have not had a single order not showed up smashed in months. Then to.top it all off, the spools inside are not packaged In a way to protect them. They are smashed boxes, broken seals on filament and so on... I have started to move to other filaments strictly based on this horrible package and delivery
