I borrowed $400 Beware!!! 14 weeks loan paid off in 4 weeks $1095 to pay it off!!!
I borrowed $400, I had 7 bi-monthly payments. After 2 payments or 1 month I called to payoff loan and was charged $743 on a $400 loan for 30 days. I told the customer support that they were charging me for the maturity of the loan, I was told that we took off $140. The contract said that early payment reduces CAP and Interest but I was charged with all but $140 of the full loan agreement. I tried to explain to the manager that I was being charged for accrued monies over the life of the loan. I was charged $1095 for $400 for 30days. But if I waited for the full term of the loan only $1237 for 14 Weeks which is $140 dollar more than early pay off.. I paid it off in 4 weeks. This has to be fraudulent or deceptive practice in lending.
