Better Impact is a great tool for managing volunteers—it’s very user-friendly and makes it easy to keep track of volunteer hours, schedules, and the various activities they're involved in. It’s been especially helpful for organizing shifts and ensuring everything runs smoothly. One small improvement I’d suggest is adding a few more options for tracking volunteer permits. Other than that, it’s a fantastic platform that really simplifies volunteer coordination. Highly recommend for any organization working with volunteers!
