Better Impact has made a world of difference! As a manager, the system has helped to streamline the user experience from the administrator side and the volunteer user side. The system is easy to use, the assistance and training is beyond reproach, and the implementation was relatively painless. It has changed the way that I can interact with our volunteers and give me more time to do other impactful things.

I love this software. A must have for any volunteer program. It is so helpful, not only to keep all information organized and electronic, but has so many features to help celebrate our volunteers. It makes recognition easy! There are a ton of other features as well, it is so customizable.

Better Impact helped our organization prepare for a accrediation survey, in fact, the surveyor was relieved to see that we are maintaining volunteer profiles in a safe, secure, comprehensive way. Volunteers appreciate being able to take initiative and sign up for shifts when they're available. My colleagues love how we can maintain email communications within the portal, so everyone is on the same page. I would definitely recommend this software to colleagues who are managing any number of volunteers in the hospice industry.

Excellent support and for large volumes of volunteers
It works well for volunteers who are somewhat tech savy. Some volunteers require a lot of support and one-on-one time to learn how to use it. As the admin, the one-on-one support setting it up was invaluable for someone who had never set anything like this up before. We have over 600 active volunteers, so it would just be impossible without this tool.

It is a very good system for managing volunteer data. I use it every day to track my volunteers’ sign‑in and sign‑out times, as well as their volunteer hours. I’m also looking forward to exploring and using the other functions.

We have a great experience using Better Impact. The system has what we need as a small municipality and more. The reporting features are helpful for tracking volunteer engagement. The mobile app is nice, but do wish their was an administrative app, so we can get notified of changes or if need to change an activity quickly off work hours. Overall, our municipalities experience has been great and recommend this software program.
