Terrible Service, Will False Ban.
Ordered the Premium VPS server that is advertised as having a Ryzen 9 7950X CPU - 4 vCores but it came with a AMD EPYC 9274f CPU - 4vCores (big difference between single core/threaded performance) so after this i open a ticket for clarity, the owner didn't bother giving clarity, he just replied with "Hi do you want a refund?" with no other answer as to why the hardware was different, i said ok yes please to the refund then he deleted my account, permanently banned me from the discord. I guess he must have had a bad day because gave me 0 explanation nor the time of day. Edit: I was never abusive to staff. I have no idea where this story is coming from, it is totally fabricated with 0 evidence to back it. We had very minimal contact, 3 messages at most and that's it. It does appear they are frustrated they messed up and i wrote a bad review. I have all the communication between us, there was no apology and if you simply explained the mistake i would have understood and given the time to rectify it but they would rather ban me from all discords including Project Sloth's Discord and they tried to get this review removed falsely so it is now a Verified Review. Trying to save face with false claims is pathetic, you can do better. Do not bother trying this hosting service.

We apologized for mistakenly deploying the customer’s VPS on the incorrect node and immediately offered a refund. The customer was only removed from our Discord server after becoming abusive toward our staff.
Great pricing
Great pricing, great tech, and great support. Their system allows for server management and easy backend login support. Emails and subdomains too, I'm using their web hosting services. Their support was fast and fixed some issues I was having.

Over the past 8-9 months I have had my service with them, they have been wonderful. The guides they have on their client portal and support areas allows for me to use that, instead of filling up their queue with support tickets and so on. I would highly recommend this service to anyone!

1of1 - The First/Last Host You'll Ever Need
I have been a customer of 1of1 for over a year now, and there's a reason why I started with them, and will only be with them. For me as a developer, I am in and out of projects, and the team at 1of1 make the ability/transition of being able to do so effortless. Whether I want a fresh Dedicated Server, or a simple VPS setup with all my files integrated for me, they make it happen. And it takes little to no time to receive access! No unexpected delays, no disruptions to my service when I receive it. The fact that they offer IN-HOUSE DDoS Protection, I rarely experience negatively overwhelming traffic to my servers. And IF I ever run into any issues, I can always open a support ticket, where I receive fairly quick assistance from a welcoming and respectful team. Anyone who ever asks for recommendations on server hosts, regardless of whether that's for a FiveM or Minecraft server, I suggest 1of1!
Won’t qualify. Then he banned me
I provided ample information to qualify as a first responder. This company has made up their own definition of first responder and disqualifies ACTUAL first responders. I am a former customer of theirs and had many issues with disconnections and network issues, they blamed it on cyber attacks regularly. I took a year off, and am back to needing a hosting company, but they again won’t qualify the work I do every day. Customer service is poor, and then I was banned for telling him I intend on leaving a review of this poor experience. Shady company at best.

Our first responder discount is limited to federally recognized first responder categories and is not based on broader definitions adopted by individual cities, counties, or local organizations. The customer claimed he qualified as a first responder solely because AT&T had previously approved him for its first responder discount. However, AT&T’s eligibility criteria do not determine eligibility for our program. Unfortunately, the information provided did not meet the eligibility requirements for this specific discount.

I just recently purchased a 1 month subscription to a Project Zomboid server. So far me and my Discord buddies hadn't yet encountered a latency issues esp. those connecting to my server from overseas. Will change my rating and extension of my subscription after a month.
Almost 3 years of amazing service
I ran my server for almost three years on 1of1 Servers. We started out small on a VPS and eventually grew to two separate dedicated servers, upgrading several times along the way. Before switching to 1of1, we tried many different hosts, but it always ended in problems. Hosting was something I used to associate with stress and frustration. That changed completely when we moved to 1of1. Suddenly we had room to grow, and when our player count exploded, we could adapt without any trouble. The support they gave us was unbelievable. I have never seen any company go that far to help their customers. If my car had broken down in the middle of nowhere, I honestly think Guille would have come to pick me up. That is how much they care. The only reason I don’t have a server anymore is because I decided to close our community and move on to new things. But I wanted to leave this review to thank them properly. My time running the server would not have been the same without them.
