Delivered & installed broken TV + Poor aftersale service no call confirmation
1. Poor after-sale service after buying a 43" Qled TV from them on 27 Jun 25, no follow-up call and delivered a broken screen TV after we waited for 6 days on 3 Jul 25. 2. Bought a ceiling fan too, salesperson and official website did not inform or indicated that it's a preorder and need to wait for a month before arrival. I had to call them to ask to know. Disappointing and frustrating experience despite all the positive reviews online. Will not buy from them again and will not recommend anyone to buy from them.
