My Own Personal Customer Service Representative
I placed my order and shortly after that I heard from a representative, named Joe, who shared that he was my contact person in case I have any questions about my order. My sheepskin chair and ottoman will take about 6-8 weeks to arrive - it is nice to have Joe's contact information available while I wait. Nice touch Thorvald Design, and thanks Joe!
