We were a customer of Angi for a long time, but their "Client Success Managers" are unbelievably terrible. Their lead costs have simply gotten out of control and they automatically keep renewing your contract even when you have instructed them not to. Their lead generation has dropped off considerably and to compensate for that they have raised their lead costs through the roof. There is NO real value with them anymore and Angi should be avoided at all costs.
