Disappointing first encounter
Tried JJs House for the first time recently and unfortunately disappointed. Although the dress pattern looked as pictured, I found the quality didn't match. Moreover, the dress was packaged tightly in zipsealed branded bag not too dissimilar to Shein, I think I just expected better packaging if they are marketing to be a better quality brand. Finally, I was disgusted that not only was it £6.99 delivery (with shipping protection) I then had to pay that for return too so I am out of pocket over £10 for an item I cant make use of.
