The customer service representative carefully read through the diagnostic tests performed by the chatbot. They also provided me with their assessment of what malfunctioned with my ring. The representative noted the issue was with my ring and not the charger. The chatbot noted that the issue was with the charger. She provided me with an alternate solution to assist me.
