I bought three T-shirts with pictures on and they came out great but I ordered my normal size and they were all to snug to be comfortable .I live in FL and they were so tight that I could not go outside because they made me sweat as soon as I went outside so I guess other then the shirt sizes thepat don't run like they say the work is great.
