They are the worst company on earth. I bought 2 pairs of shoes from this crap company and it took ages to receive my order. Upon receiving my order, one pair was small even though I ordered my size but it was too small so I need 2 bigger sizes to fit my feet properly. I spoke to the customer service team and asked for exchange, they offered me the most stupid offer which was keeping the small pair of shoes and they will refund me 20% off the price 😡😡I told them I will not use it why would I keep it????!!!! I need my size and I will send you the first one. They said okay send yours and then we will send you your size. I directly sent them the small ones and till now as it’s been more than 10 days and no response or no more order to be sent. AVOIIIIDDDD THIS COMPANY, they are SCAMMERS AVOIDDDDDD…….
