Great Customer service
I purchased several mini-splits from them last summer, their price are so competitive. Installation was quite easy, everything is included except for the vacuum pump that you have to buy the pump separately to vacuum the line and check for leaks in the line. For some reasons my 18k btu outside is not producing cool air so I contact them after several tests and they were able to send out the brandnew outside unit. Great customer service, these people stand behind their products. Thank You!
