Transparent pricing, reasonable shipping, and excellent customer service!
I have purchased 14 figures from OrzGK since last year (13 safely received, 1 still on pre-order). Having tried 7 different GK stores in total, I can confidently say OrzGK is on top of my list. They have fast communication, and most importantly, their shipping costs are transparent and very reasonable. Many other stores lure you in with low figure prices only to hit you with ridiculously inflated shipping fees, but OrzGK does an honest business. All my orders arrived perfectly, except for one recent issue where a studio accidentally sent me two boxes of bases instead of the actual character figure (1/20 scaled size Pokemon Red figure). However, the customer service was excellent. Allen was incredibly helpful and patient, communicating with the studio and following up constantly until I safely received the correct replacement figure. Highly recommend OrzGK for their honesty, and huge thanks to Allen for the great support!
