Requested a price matching policy review of an item I recently purchased. The initial chat request identified my purchase, collected the review information, and forwarded it to my sales representative. I received a call, voicemail and email explaining the review process and the results. Although I did not receive a favorable outcome, the response identified that the competitors item was not the exact model which I had purchased. Nevertheless, the experience was professional and accurate. Great work!
