poor communication and low quality control. i routinely book on there to have therapists cancel last minute or for zeel to not be able to find a provider within the time requested. i give a minimum 2-5day notice and at least a 4 hr window to find someone for a 90min massage and often (outside of the few therapists i've prioritized), the people that show up are either really bad at body mechanics or they just are no-shows.
