Shipping not free, don’t be fooled
Free shipping on checkout BUT the company will then email you for the shipping cost that was meant to be free! We cancelled the order. Update: The response received from Giantex was FALSE and an attempt at damage limitation. Maybe they have changed their shipping policy since but we will never know as we purchased a hoop elsewhere. We have retained a copy of the email requesting additional costs. What a pity we can’t screenshot it.
