Bad Customer Service & Delivery
Bad customer service. Stated 9am-5pm but they came online around 12pm and never answered any questions asked, pretty useless service n the delivery is late. He took my parcel out for delivery around 10am then stated not able to deliver on that day n he requested to deliver later which is following day. Plus, so called as EXPRESS delivery. Its just from Simpang Ampat, Butterworth to Paya Terubong, Pulau Pinang took 4 days!
