M.2.NVMe lacks customer service
I bought a UGreen M.2 NVMe data transfer. I received an email to rate them or if I had questions. Several times I sent my question using different wording as I kept getting messages saying they didn't understand. Was this a human being responding??? I was sent an email saying I would be responsible for return shipping costs. This counters what their home page posts. The lack of customer care and misleading post is enough to keep me from purchasing from them.
