He went above and beyond by locating the exact slacks I wanted at the Pineville, NC location—closer to me—and provided the store’s contact information. When I called the Pineville store, I had the pleasure of speaking with Paige. She was friendly, courteous, and attentive. After I explained what I was looking for, she immediately pulled the dress slacks in the sizes and colors I needed, preparing for my visit. When I arrived at the store, Paige greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel genuinely welcome. She guided me to the fitting room and continued assisting me as I tried on several options. Her customer service was top-tier. I also want to commend the store’s presentation—clean, well-organized, and stocked with great merchandise. The atmosphere was relaxed, upbeat, and inviting. Before leaving, I met the manager on duty, Vicki, who was just as pleasant and supportive. I shared my appreciation for Paige’s excellent service, and it was clear that the team at DXL Pineville works well together. Overall, I had an exceptional experience at both locations.
