I walked into DXL and was immediately greeted and asked if I needed assistance. Rose helped me find a full suit to match my needs. She was extremely helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. I overheard that she hadn’t taken her lunch break but not once did I feel rushed in the entire process. I left with a jacket, pants, shirt, tie, and shoes. I always feel the customer service at this DXL location is excellent but somehow Rose blew away my already great expectations. 100/10 experience.

The salesperson really seemed interested in helping me out. She made sure I got the right size and had me do the body scanned, which prevented me from taking the wrong size.
Good Customer service, I was welcome when entering the store and the store personnel assist me in finding the items I needed! During check out, your POS system was having issues with the tap and pay and when you swipe the card. However, the cashier called Support desk and was able to get the card to process via the manual charging process (enter the numbers in manually). Great effort and customer service. Eric was so nice and patient with my husband and myself. He took the time to help set up my husband in the new measurement system to help us fine what would fit him better. He helped find multiple shirts and talked to us to get to know us and what we were looking for. Something for a photo shoot tomorrow and in a family set style next month also and helped find him a work shirt also. He had a very professional and upbeat personality and very knowledgeable about all the clothes and styles and made my husband feel comfortable and in good hands! I personality like how Eric was more about what we needed and not pushy! I will definitely be returning to work with Eric!

Worst customer service we have ever experienced when shopping at DXL. Luis was zero help. When told what we were looking for, he pointed to a wall and said look over there. When we were ready to check out he was leaning on the counter looking at his phone. The other staff member who was currently helping another couple had to call his name and tell him he had customers waiting. Terrible service.

We were having NO LUCK looking for size 16 wide men's dress shoes for my son... they are all too "pinchy". A Google search kept coming up with DXL. They were on the way to the wedding. Called ahead of time and I was in tears as soon as they asked "What color? What style?" Wow!!! We have a CHOICE?!?! They held some shoes up front for us, and THEY WERE PERFECT!!!! Not pinchy, not sorta kinda ok, they were Amazing. My son walked over and turned to see how I like them. I started crying again. He looked handsome. They had me sold. THEN... they were less than $75. We are coming again to get gym shoes, slides, and sandals! The staff must've thought I was a nut, but the struggle WAS real. Now the struggle is gone. Staff is truly amazing. Thank goodness for their help.

I went shopping for a suit all around my local area. I tried 3 or 4 stores and none of the clothes fit quite right. They didn't look bad, but they weren't the best. I took a few minutes to look around and I found DXL in Winston-Salem. I hadn't set foot inside of the store before and, admittedly, I'm bad at shopping for clothes. As soon as I walked in, a gentleman working there by the name of Lee approached and asked if I needed help. He offered the Fit Scan (awesome tech, btw. Need that everywhere). Then he asked for my color preferences and set off to find what I was looking for. Lee had some customers he still helped while helping me which I really was kind of grateful for since I wanted a little extra time to gauge my options and purchase. His recommendations, though, were spot on. The fit was perfect, the suit looked awesome, and it was the best experience I have had buying a suit period. I will 100% be back for clothes there in the future. The prices were about what I expected. A bit on the higher side as opposed to big box stores, but the experience, quality, and fit more than made up for it. So, thank you Lee for your amazing help and hopefully the confidence boost from looking great will help land me the job I'm going after!
So many pieces of nice fashionable clothing in sizes for Big&Talk people and I've enjoyed shopping here since the late 90's. The clearance apperal are the incentive since it's quite expensive to dress in DXL Big &Tall sizes. The store is also conveniently located. RA RA...
