Trash Company Had to return some items, I kept all tags and receipts. When I first bought the clothes the employees only told me there was a 90 day policy but NEVER said you couldn't wash the clothes. Even in the receipt it doesn't mention it but a link to their site where it says this. Very scummy behavior and I am glad to report this predatory tactic to BBB. Washed them out of courtesy due to trying them on. I feel lied and scammed, no other stores do this! I have always done the same for Macy's, Dillard's, and etc if I ever had to return items

A very helpful, knowledgeable staff that went above and beyond to get me into a suit for an upcoming wedding. He even figured out the size for t-shirts I needed. Very professional and helpful. I'll definite be back to shop there again!

The sales clerk/cashier was not friendly and seemed unapproachable. I asked two questions and the response was not customer friendly. The other employee barely spoke and helped the other customer that came in approximately 10 minutes after I was there. I think I'm going to return my items because of my shopping experience. I felt like I wasn't welcomed and they didn't want my business.

The store had very limited inventory in Tee shirts sizes that I required ( like 1 package. The store was very user unfriendly for a wheelchair. The sales associate working was sitting in a chair behind the counter for the time we were in the store even including checkout. She did get up once to help us look again for the size you didn’t have. I have shopped at DXL for years and have never had such terrible service. I will never return to this store again.

I had been to two different mens stores looking for a navy blazer. Poor experience. Then I went to DXL and was greeted, helped and I found my blazer. Excellent experience overall.The young man was professional, courteous and friendly. The blazer he recommended is top quality, well made and good looking. Highly recommended.
