Chantel is a Queen of retail.

Chantel made this the BEST shopping experience I’ve had with Wolf Road DXL yet and I usually have a decent go of it. I came in last minute in a panic less than an hour to catch my train. She measured me up got me in a shirt with a matching tie and some new shoes in no time flat all while assisting other shoppers. The store is good but without amazing and I mean AMAZING employees like her there would be no point in shopping. She tried to meet my every need and want offered everything to help that she could think of and listened to me complain about my wardrobe emergency! I know for a fact I was a bit of a pain when it came to finding a good shirt but she made it happen. I came in only wanting a shirt and maybe a tie, left buying a shirt, new shoes, a belt, and the tie. If I wasn’t already carrying a suit from Dxl she might have sold me one of those too. I appreciate her and her attentiveness as my bit of chaos rushed her as the first customer of the morning but she saved my day.

Dress shirt for wedding

I think the managers name was Tiffani. I had never been to a DXL and was really surprised at how easy she made it to get a dress shirt for my wedding. Super nice and got me what I needed very quickly and I have never really been comfortable in a dress shirt until the one she had me try on. Dang... So comfortable. A++++ to Tiffani. Thank you!!!

DXL is my new favorite clothing store.

Lorie was super helpful walking me through the process for the fitting and helping to put together a few options for shirts to match with the sport coat. I am beyond pleased with the options and although I am not tall I am too big to buy off the rack at most stores. DXL is my new favorite clothing store.

This experience left me feeling that the company may be taking advantage of men who require larger sizes, particularly given the limited options available elsewhere. I believe your pricing strategy should be carefully reviewed and supported by thorough data analysis to ensure it is both fair and competitive. Additionally, your customer rewards program would benefit from meaningful improvements. Offering more substantial rewards, along with more frequent and impactful sales, would help attract new customers while also strengthening loyalty among existing ones. At present, spending $250–$300 for a single outfit is simply unreasonable and creates a significant barrier for customers who depend on your stores for their clothing needs. Excellent experience. The sales associate was very helpful and found what I needed and made sure I was happy with my purchase.

After my original purchase

After my original purchase I decided to take another look at a Polo Ralph Lauren T- shirt This T-shirt was on sale at Macy’s for $39.99 it was the exact color and exact size as the one listed in Macy’s. I asked the sales associate to do a price match, but the manager said no that she could not do it because the sizes for Polo Ralph Lauren were different for DXL and Macy’s. Both sizes were.4LT I told the associate there was no difference It was the same size and same color. The manager Tracy refused to do the price match I am extremely upset and livid on how you could advertise price match and not honor that Especially after I spent over $100 today I do not want to give you my business anymore This is outrageous and ridiculous that you advertise price match What a complete joke
