Very disappointing and unprofessional…
Very disappointing and unprofessional service. My case was escalated, and I waited several months for a response. I only received a vague assessment after I contacted Flightright for an update. I raised my concerns twice, but they never properly addressed them and simply closed the case. Their conclusion makes little sense, as I was not transported to my original destination, Munich, but to Berlin after my flight was cancelled only a few hours before departure. This has been a complete waste of time. I cannot recommend Flightrigh. I also received a feedback link by email, but that page doesn’t work.
