We tried with AirFrsnce direct and gave up. Dragging their feet, false claims and then no response at all. EUR 1200 in our case is enough to fight for. The AirFrance arrogance was unbelievable. Anyhow - Flightright was recommended. Boom! Hardly 4 weeks and money on its way. Reduced to EUR 860 but fair for the result. Super good communication. Easy to understand process. Highly recommended!

Flightright gives the illusion of a professional company advocating for passenger rights, but my experience revealed completely unethical, misleading, and opaque practices. I filed a claim through them for a delayed EL AL flight (**Case ID: FR4585966**). On September 1, 2026, I received an official email stating that my case was "closed" because they were "unable to proceed." However, when I contacted EL AL management directly, I discovered the truth: **EL AL had already transferred the full compensation payment to Flightright’s bank account back on July 31, 2026!** For over a month, Flightright held client funds while officially misinforming me that the case was closed and uncollectible. Had I not investigated directly with the airline myself, these funds would have remained unaccounted for in their system. Withholding client money, issuing false case closures, and providing automated template responses cross a line. Consider yourself warned — do not rely blindly on their status updates and always verify directly with the airline.
