What reviewers say

AI generated

Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the highly efficient and straightforward process of successfully securing flight compensations after major airlines initially refused their compensation requests. People often highlight that the dedicated support team maintains clear communication, handling all necessary procedures and regularly updating clients throughout the entire duration. However, some customers also noted that responses could be extremely slow or that communication completely stalled during extended legal proceedings. A few reviewers were dissatisfied when their claims were unexpectedly declined or closed as soon as the airline rejected initial demands.

They take only the simple and easy cases - which you can do by yourself!

They take only the straightforward, easy cases - which you can do by yourself in 15 minutes! Just ask AI what to do and save a lot of $$ these guys charge to do the exact same thing. 1 star for not informing, trapping innocent people who don't understand this, and wasting my time to discover it myself.

We understand that this was not the experience you expected. However, the suggestion that we only handle straightforward cases does not reflect how our service works. We pursue eligible claims through all available stages of enforcement, including legal action where appropriate, and cases requiring legal enforcement are a normal part of what we do. Ultimately, each claim must be assessed on its individual facts and the applicable law. Where the legal requirements for compensation are not met, there may unfortunately be limits to what we can pursue. Kind regards, Your FlightrightTeam

Flightright did exactly what they…

Flightright did exactly what they claimed. Against all odds (as an American I did not expect compensation due to delay/rebooking), they were able to recover €600 per passenger under EU law. The fee was steep - 44% due to it going to litigation, but it was certainly MUCH better than I could have done without their legal team. Communication and tracking tools were really helpful, and the process was faster than expected. I filed on 18/2/2026 and result news came exactly 6 months later on 18/8/2026 with payout in 3 days after I uploaded my bank info on 21/8/2026

They are forcing me to pay 315 euro for nothing

They are forcing me to pay 315 euro for a service they have not worked for. In december last year I filed a claim, after a month they reached out to me. Long long after I had already received my money back from the airline because I filed my own claim. Now they don't give me a break claiming I have to pay them 315 euro for work they never did. A joke...

We understand that you are unhappy with the outcome. However, the suggestion that no work was carried out on your case does not reflect what happened. After you instructed us to pursue your claim, our team took steps to enforce it on your behalf, including pursuing the matter through the legal process. Enforcing a claim involves work and costs from the legal professionals involved. As the details of individual cases cannot be discussed publicly, we are unable to comment further here. Bravo, you made it

Air companies feel always in a strong situation versus the small travellers. Overbooking of their fleet became a usual business and canceling or late departures/arrivals are like a due right because of so to say issues from any kind of origin (late arrival from the other plan, the connection, technical, name them.. my complaint was like a never response thing but flight right made it true and the result was 'they made it's thank you so much

They give up as soon as the airline resists

We brought Flightright two separate cases after already contacting the airlines ourselves and getting nowhere. We accepted the hefty success fee because we thought we were paying them to handle exactly that friction. Instead, they declined one case and closed the other as soon as the airline rejected their demand. Both cases had a strong and clear legal basis. It leaves me with the impression that their service mainly works when a passenger hasn't already contacted the airline and the company pays after receiving a standard letter. If the case requires actual enforcement, even with a strong underlying claim, my experience suggests they may simply walk away. That makes it difficult to see what the substantial fee is meant to cover. I wouldn't use Flightright again.

We appreciate that the outcome of your cases was disappointing. Each case is assessed individually based on its specific circumstances and the applicable law. An airline's refusal to pay does not determine whether we continue pursuing a claim; the decision on how to proceed is based on the facts of the individual case and the applicable legal framework. We understand that this was not the outcome you had hoped for and appreciate you sharing your experience. Kind regards, Your Flightright Team
