Airline refused payment but Flightright didn't give up!
My flight was delayed for 48 hours. At the airport many on the flight were given hotel accommodation. I was too far behind in the queue, and an airline representative came along the queue indicating that the hotels in the area were now fully booked and we had to make our own arrangements, but all reasonable claims would be covered by the airline. I made my claim, but compensation was denied outright. This was despite more than half the flight had been provided with free accommodation, and the airline had indicated that claims would be accepted! So, I contacted Flightright. They didn’t have an easy job! The airline refused to pay, Flightright grouped together several related claims and eventually initiated court proceedings. Now, 4 years later I have received my compensation less their fee. Flightright provided a very professional service and kept me updated throughout the process. Well done, Flightright!

Won my case after the airline rejected my claim
Austrian Airlines rejected my compensation claim, stating that the delay was caused by bad weather in Vienna and aircraft de-icing, which they considered extraordinary circumstances. Flightright accepted my case after the airline had already refused compensation and even after the Austrian passenger rights arbitration procedure had been unsuccessful. They handled the entire legal process, kept me informed, and eventually won the case. From start to finish, the process took about 3.5 months. I didn't have to deal with the court myself or communicate with the airline anymore. Their fee was around 50% of the compensation, so if you're considering using the service, it's worth keeping that in mind. For me, it was absolutely worth it because without their help I would most likely have received nothing. Professional communication, clear instructions, and regular updates throughout the process. I would definitely recommend Flightright to anyone whose compensation claim has already been rejected by an airline.

I discovered Flightright about a year after a flight I was on had been delayed. I had already tried to claim compensation directly from the airline, but without success. Thankfully, it was still possible to submit a claim through Flightright. About a year later, I finally received my compensation! Throughout the process, I received regular updates. I was a bit skeptical at times about whether it would actually work, but in the end it did. The whole process required very little effort on my part, which was a huge advantage. While Flightright's commission is quite high, I wouldn't have received any compensation without them, so for me it was absolutely worth it. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend their service, it's worth a try!
