I can only give Top Stars to this company. I initially got an ad on Facebook and thought it was another one of those scams but i went ahead with it. I went to the Maldives with Qatar airways and missed my connecting flight between Doha and Malé due to delays leaving London (i lost a night in the Maldives (which costs a lot of $$) and Qatar just said to me when i asked for help "Sorry, hope you'll travel again with us soon". Flightright allowed us to get the max out of this (1200€), and yes sure they take their margins, but when you see how quick they were and how fast the wire transfer came (amount was just over 800€), i don't mind. Brownie points to Flightright, no points for Qatar Airways (not sure how they manage to get Best Airline company with responses such as theirs).

I came across Flightright sometime after my flight was delayed by 13 hours to my final destination from the UK to South Africa. My partner had collated and saved all flight details and tracked all my delays. When i returned to the UK we engaged with Flightright. They kept me posted every 4 -6 weeks and asked to be patient since the process coud take a long while. At times i thought and forgot and lost faith. Well , last week I got this " Good News " email with the news . My refund was paid out within 48 hours. I have shared this info with friends and family, my daughters in particular, whom travel regularly.

I reached out to flight right on the first place because a friend recommended it after I told her about a big delay during a long haul flight. She said try it, is little effort really, it takes relatively long, but at the end you’ll get money back as a reward. Recommend, but takes time...
I recommend flightright especially for claims with low cost airlines like Ryanair. They take time... Patience needed, my case took 6 months. But flightright kept me updated regularly and they were very professional. My flight was delayed 36 hours and they managed to help me get 200 euros. Not much considering Ryanair owed me at least 400€ for more than 24 hour delay but still thank you!
