Terrible Customer Service - charges cash advance without warning
I should have known that anything run completely in WhatsApp can't be good. I need to send payments to a contractor in Mexico. Felix Pago gives you a complimentary free 1st transaction. Then, to make the payment, it gives you the option to use a debit card or credit card - no ACH option. Ok, well they make no effort whatever to inform you that if you use a credit card, it will be charged as a cash advance rather than a regular charge. I took this up[ with their customer service who feigned ignorance, as if they have nothing to do with it. They refused to take any responsibility for not even saying that the charge would be made as a cash advance. And even after a lengthy discussion (in Spanish, of course) with their "customer service" representative Elizabeth, she refused to even give me one more promotional transaction so I could try a debit card instead. This is customer DISSERVICE and borderline scammy. User Wise or Payoneer instead.
