Great customer service
I had ordered for the first time and the one I ordered was a floral scent and was a bit to strong for me. I contacted customer support and they helped me with a second order in a scent I should enjoy, free of charge. They also made an exception to let me keep the first one to gift as I'm home with a newborn and was stressing the return part, I live in a small town and it's a journey to the next post office. Jordan was amazing and I'm very impressed with the service I've received!
