Cannot compare to the online appliance sellers
Mazen helped me from the start to get a quote, setup the account, take my payment, and schedule delivery all before I could even get a quote from one of those online appliance sellers. In fact, the online people finally got back to me with their quote, however, that wasn't until Abt's friendly delivery staff already had them delivered and ready for installation. Overall, I could have realized a $20 saving after rebate by using the other guy, then waiting and hoping the rebate would actually apply for a non-profit, plus however long after that it would take for the rebate card to arrive. Mazen was fantastic from the start. When dealing with him, I felt like a valued customer, not just a sale.
