Rush Order Tees flat out LIED to me
Rush Order Tees flat out LIED to me. I ordered and paid for RUSH delivery for a specific day. I received notification that it had shipped. When I went to UPS, it clearly had not shipped, and only a label was created. I went on their live chat to discuss, and I was told clearly that it had shipped. Due to missing the date i needed it for, I had to phone them to complain to get a refund. While they did give me a refund, they blatantly lied to me on chat and the phone about it actually shipping. Not sure why it was necessary to lie to me. I checked ups and saw that the shipment had been cancelled. In response to Trusted Tees response. It's not a miscommunication when the business instructs its representatives to not be honest, and to continue to keep a facade going in order to keep up the charade of RUSH.
