If there's a NO STAR option. this company deserves it. I have requested a refund where hotels approves and contacted the traveluro on behalf of me and we called and speak to their REP every single day stating my concern has been escalated to the escalation department but nothing has been resolved. It's very frustrating how this company works. they never respond to your email and if you had issue with your stay even the partnered hotel waived the cxl or authorize the refund, this company was no help to process the refund and return your money. They will waste your time and efforts. UNfortunately hotels dont have a way to not partnered with this company as my reservation came under Ctrip which this company uses to book. I DO NOT RECOMMEND booking under traveluro because their customer service sucks.
