Stay away!!
I signed of for the year subscription of oral semaglutide. After 3 months, I noticed I had not lost any weight. I requested for my dosage to be increased. They said I would need to see one of their doctors for that. It has been a month, and they still have not found me an appointment. I receive a message every other day from customer support saying they are still looking for an appointment. They do not have doctors. I'm trapped on a year payment for something that isn't making a difference, and I can't adjust my medication because they aren't staffed as promised. Pretty sure that's an FDA violation. Overall, a big disappointment. I told them I would like to cancel and get my money back. They ignored that twice. I'm sure there has to be more people out there like me. We should start a class action suit.
