Fridays has been the best decision I have made for myself, especially during perimenopause. I am not dismissed or feeling unheard by the providers like my regular providers were. The providers at Fridays are amazing. They truly listen and want to help. Customer service is always so helpful. I’ve just had the best experience with them and so glad I got started almost a year ago.
Highly recommend! Seamless experience so far. I entered my information, had a virtual visit with a provider that same evening and my medication arrived a few days later. The medication is working and anytime I have a question, someone is available to help! Fridays is the best of the best.

My experience with Fridays has been smooth and convenient. Being able to handle appointments and follow-up care remotely makes the process much easier to fit into my schedule as a busy teacher and mom. The platform is simple to use, communication has been clear, and the overall process has felt organized and supportive.
I am hopeful my experience will resolve itself, but it has been one road block after another. I originally requested on July 26. No physician appts were available until September, but they didn’t find someone to eventually speak with me on Aug 17. The doctor didn’t know why she was calling me, so I thought that was very odd. The medication was approved and then mailed out. I received it on Aug 22, but it was received without syringes. Now I am working to resolve this additional issue. Customer service has been responsive, but lack a sense of urgency I would expect. I doubt I will renew and will likely find another tele-health provider.
