All went smoothly with shipping and service for the first 5 months although I was feeling that the potency of solution might not be accurate and less concentrated than claimed. In the 4th month the shipping times got longer and longer and they still charged for another 3 months while the last dose had not been shipped for 3 weeks. I never received it 7 weeks in and with numerous phone calls and messages back and forth with them have never gotten an answer. I was able to reach out to my CC for fraud for the last charge but not able to recoup charge for last month paid for but not sent.

Just started wirh fridays and my experience has been great so far! They are super fast with responses to any questions Ive had & they've been super helpful. Also delivery was way faster than expected. Once my order was approved I recieved the medication the next day

Fridays hands down is the best telehealth company I’ve worked with. They truly treat their patients with the upmost support and guidance! Any time I have questions, I get answers almost immediately. I actually switched from my previous provider to Fridays and my biggest regret is not joining sooner. Within the first 2 months of joining Fridays I was down 19 pounds. I could not of done it without the support & guidance from the providers / team members! Everything you need is sent straight to your door, step by step guides, unlimited patient/provider support & access to so much more at the most affordable cost. I joined Friday's almost a year ago since my insurance did not cover my RX. Through Friday's Health I've been able to keep my insulin level at bay and afford the RX out of pocket. Great service without a membership fee, affordable and practical. Highly recommend Friday's Health.
