Fridays has some of the best customer service representatives! Any issue I have is resolved quickly and effectively. Very knowledgeable and helpful, taking the time to address the problem succinctly.
I filled out an application online because I was just curious of what it would be like and then I got non stop telemarketing calls. After consulting with my primary care doctor and two other surgeons I knew they recommended trying weight lose on my own since we didnt fully know the long term impacts of glp-1. After repeatedly telling various people I was no longer interested in got a call from another woman who i told the same thing. To which her reply is, "so your happy with your weight"after telling her I was no longer interested again she said "enjoy your weight!" And hung up. I imagine that if this is how they treat people who dont want their services that none of them care about your health and what's best for you, just how to make a dime off you. I wouldn't trust them the number that called me was +1 864-393-3998

I have been with Join Fridays for 12 months and my experience has been AMAZING! Yes they offer great pricing, unlimited provider visits, group & individual coaching, nutritionists, and virtual workouts, however what stands out to me the most is their insane customer service. I personally spent 20 years as a corporate trainer with a focus on customer experience so I have very high expectations when it comes to being a customer...Fridays never fails to exceed my expectations. When I need to speak to someone, they are available within 24 hours. I receive email updates frequently, and reminder emails when its time to re-order. They are THE BEST and I am so happy that they have been the biggest part of my weight loss journey over the last 12 months. 60lbs down and couldn't be happier! Thanks, Fridays!!

Fridays as the complete package. I recently switched from another provider to JoinFridays because I need more than meds. I'm 8 year Stroke Survivor and I must maintain lifestyle changes and movement. I need support from a "real clinician", one on one Visits with an RD not mention I snore and now I can have a sleep study at home. My last provider was unable to meet all of my needs. The customer service is top tier, medications delivery is crazy fast and the follow calls and reminders are chef's kiss. I love the fact you can chat with a doctor regarding any concerns or have a 1:1 with dietician initially when u start with meds! The delivery was super fast, like I received it within two days. I also love the fact that they have an app so it’s easier to manage!
